MERCEDES-BENZ FASHION WEEK: TUBA ERGIN SS 2017

11-15 Ekim tarihleri arasında Zorlu PSM’de gerçekleştirilen Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week’in ikinci gününde saat 6.30’da başlayan Tuba Ergin defilesine katıldım. Bu defile hakkında dikkatimi çeken yerleri sizinle paylaşmak istiyorum.

Tuba Ergin, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week kapsamında doğadan ilham alan koleksiyonu Bio-Mimique’yi özel bir şov ile tanıttı. Bu koleksiyondaki tasarımları hazırlarken doğadan ilham alan Ergin, bu konsepti podyuma da taşıdı. Yosun işlemeli elbiseler ve yosun top başlıklar gibi detayların da düşünüldüğü bu defilede izleyenlerin de bu duyguyu hissedebileceği güzel bir ambiyans oluşturulmuştu. Bu tasarımlarda teknoloji, moda ve doğa kavramları birleşerek yaratıcı bir görüntü oluşturmuştu. Tasarımlarında farklı materyalleri giyilebilir hale getirmeyi seven Tuba Ergin, Bio-Mimique’de karpuz tohumlarından işlemeler kullanmıştır.

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week which was from October,11 to 15 took place at Zorlu Center. At the second day, I attended to Tuba Ergin’s show. I want to tell you about the things that caught my attention.

Tuba Ergin, introduced her collection Bio Mimique which was inspired from nature with a special show as a part of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. There were moss embroidered dresses and head pieces which looked like a moss. The ambiance was great enough for the audience to feel the emotions throughout the show. In this show, technology, fashion and nature had combined and composed a creative look. Tuba Ergin, who loves to convert different materials to wearable pieces, used embroidery which was made from watermelon seeds.
